Associate Attorney - Labor & Employment - El Segundo, CA

A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Labor & Employment practice in El Segundo. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build a long-term career in a collaborative, stable environment with strong mentorship and meaningful hands-on experience. The firm is known for its low turnover, long-tenured team, and collegial culture where attorneys work closely together on complex employment litigation and advisory matters.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with partners on labor & employment litigation and counseling matters
• Handle active litigation files with increasing responsibility over time
• Gain exposure to both litigation and advisory work within employment law

What They're Looking For

• Strong interest in labor & employment law
• 1–5+ years of litigation experience preferred
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
• Strong analytical, writing, and problem-solving skills
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active California Bar admission in good standing
