Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction
A well-established and highly respected Michigan general contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects and serve as a key client-facing leader within the organization.
The firm delivers high-quality diverse commercial construction projects and is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER who can both manage current work and help grow market presence through professionalism, performance, and strong relationships.
What You Will Do
Lead Diverse Commercial Construction projects
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Provide strong site-based leadership
Ensure excellence in schedule, budgeting, quality, and safety
Use Procore and Excel for project management, cost tracking, documentation
What They’re Looking For
10–15+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction (preference toward 15 years and demonstrated leadership maturity)
Strong background in education projects (K-12 and/or higher ed strongly preferred)
Proven ability to earn respect from the team and subcontractors
Client-facing, polished, professional demeanor
Collaborative leadership style
