Associate Attorney – Employment Law (2–4 Years Experience)
A well-regarded employment law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2–4 years of experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a mix of challenging and rewarding employment matters while working alongside talented attorneys in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Position Highlights:
Focus on employment law matters (open to candidates from either employer-side or plaintiff-side practice)
Competitive base salary of $100,000 – $130,000, depending on experience
Strong annual bonus potential, historically averaging $30,000 – $40,000 per year
Meaningful, hands-on responsibility with opportunities for professional development
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar license in good standing
2–4 years of employment law experience (litigation, counseling, or both)
Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively with a team
