A well-established and growing outdoor living and pool construction company in the Lowcountry is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Operations Leader/Vice President. This role is being created as part of long-term leadership planning and growth strategy.
This individual will help oversee day-to-day operations while building the structure necessary for scalable, sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee or assist in overseeing daily company operations
Build scalable systems and repeatable processes
Support hiring, training, and team development
Improve workflow, budgeting awareness, and operational efficiency
Help create long-term strategic structure as the company grows
Ideal Background
Experience in construction operations, pool construction, outdoor living, or specialty trade contracting
Proven leadership managing field teams and service divisions
Strong operational mindset with process improvement experience
Ability to balance hands-on leadership with strategic planning
