Seeking an experiencedGrain Operations Supervisor to play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high-quality service for customers. Grain Ops Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate grain operations and personnel to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Hire, train, and manage employees while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Oversee grain handling, equipment maintenance, and daily operational scheduling.
  • Ensure quality control measures meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Assist in inventory management and operational planning to support business growth.
  • Work collaboratively with delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Provide hands-on support to other locations as needed.
  • Be available for overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.

Grain Supervisor Qualifications:

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to adapt and multitask in a dynamic work environment.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or a related field OR equivalent experience in grain operations.
  • Supervisory experience with a background in agronomy, budgeting, or operational leadership.
