Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney

Location: Houston, TX

Job Description: A well-established and growing law firm in Houston is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who is passionate about advocating for clients and handling high-impact personal injury cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Strong experience with depositions, negotiations, and case strategy
• Trial experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
