Job Description

Gpac is working with a food manufacturing company near La Crosse, Wisconsin that is seeking an HR Business Partner who will work directly with senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • - 5+ years in HR, with strong background in employee relations and strategic HR advising
    - Proven experience recruiting and onboarding senior/executive talent
    - Ability to coach leadership through performance management, complex employee relations, and change initiatives
    - Strong understanding of DEI, employment law, and risk mitigation
    - Experience leading confidential investigations
    - Confident navigating organizational change, talent reviews, and succession planning
    - Professionalism, discretion, and strategic mindset
    - Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or HR related field
    - Knowledge of the food industry preferred
    - Ability to travel to different CROPP locations as needed; regional or national travel may also be required
    - Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
