Must have beverage manufacturing experience!! 

1. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set specific annual goals and performance expectations for the team members.
• Sets the training schedule and content for the team members.
• Direct team to perform tasks to keep the plant running.
• Report maintenance KPI's to management on a routine basis.
• Source out solutions to improve equipment reliability and cost control.
• Control costs for maintenance under the annual operating budget values.
• Work with the production team to organize maintenance activities to reduce process interruption.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and outside contractors.
• Create and maintain maintenance related documents.
• Ensure team follows all safety and regulatory codes.
• Assist in creating annual capital and operating budgets.
• Work independently and with management on capital projects.
• Responsible for parts, preventive maintenance, training, communication and work order's throughout maintenance department
• Other duties as assigned.

ü  Manage daily maintenance needs and routine preventive maintenance work to ensure the proper upkeep of the machinery and equipment.

ü  Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment within the designated facility. This may include, but is not limited to, conveyors, PLC, packaging equipment, minor electrical, hydraulics, refrigeration, water treatment and boilers. This may require interpreting service manuals.

ü  Evaluate and edit programmable logic controllers, servo motors and drives

ü  Establish and manage relationships with equipment manufacturers and 3rd party technicians to understand equipment preventative maintenance schedules, equipment optimization settings, and diagnose equipment failures

ü  Supervise the assembly, maintenance, and repair office area including lighting, bathroom plumbing, paint, trim and furniture. Clean, patch and paint as needed.

ü  Ensure that all maintenance tools are in good working condition and stored neatly and securely.

ü  Maintain tool inventory. May assist with sourcing tools, parts and supplies

ü  Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
