A well-regarded boutique law firm in West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced trusts and estates attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its growing private wealth practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families on complex estate, gift, and tax planning matters in a collaborative, high-touch environment.

What you’ll do:
Advise clients on advanced estate planning, wealth preservation, and succession strategies
Draft and implement sophisticated planning instruments such as GRATs, IDGTs, SLATs, and charitable trusts
Prepare and review IRS Forms 706 and 709
Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and fiduciaries to structure and implement estate plans
Provide counsel on multi-generational wealth transfers, tax mitigation, and family governance
Serve as a strategic advisor to high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held business owners
What we’re looking for:
J.D. from an accredited law school
LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning is required
4+ years of experience in trusts and estates with a strong high-net-worth client focus
Proficiency in 706 and 709 filings is a plus
Strong drafting and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
A client-first mindset with the ability to manage sophisticated matters independently
