What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in general liability defense, including premises liability, product liability, contractual disputes, or construction-adjacent litigation

  • Strong background in handling all phases of litigation—pleadings, depositions, discovery, dispositive motions, mediation, and trial prep

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar

  • Ability to manage a full caseload independently while contributing to a team-driven environment

  • Minimum 1,900 billable hours annually
