The law firm is looking to expand operations into Harrisburg, PA, we are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Partner to lead their dedicated real estate practice. Position Overview:
The Commercial Real Estate Partner will spearhead our Harrisburg office’s commercial real estate transactions, focusing on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development. You will utilize your legal expertise and business acumen to drive growth and success in their commercial real estate practice, while mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to the strategic goals of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing.
- Cultivate and expand client relationships in the commercial real estate sector through strategic networking and business development efforts.
- Negotiate and draft key agreements, contracts, and other legal documents relevant to commercial real estate transactions.
- Provide strategic legal guidance on real estate investments, development projects, and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor and develop junior attorneys, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Actively contribute to the firm’s strategic planning and growth initiatives, focusing on commercial real estate.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law, with a proven track record of successful transactions.
- Strong understanding of commercial property markets and related legal principles.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and drive growth within the firm.
