A global leader in the poultry industry is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join the leadership team at one of their high-performing processing facilities. This role offers the opportunity to work with a strong, established maintenance team consisting of three supervisors and up to ten technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and support maintenance technicians to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Ensure safety standards, preventive maintenance programs, and operational procedures are consistently met.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience required.
Background in food, feed, or (preferably) poultry processing highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and industrial equipment.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
