A well-established general contractor is looking to hire three experienced Traveling Industrial Superintendents to lead major industrial projects valued at $50M+. These are long-term, high-profile opportunities for construction leaders who are skilled at managing large-scale jobs from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day field operations on industrial job sites
Ensure safety, quality, and scheduling goals are met
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and trades
Lead and mentor on-site teams
Maintain detailed documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent (10+ preferred)
Experience on $50M+ industrial projects required
Background in tilt-wall, warehouses, manufacturing, or large site development
Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills
Willing and able to travel throughout the Eastern U.S.
Must be located east of the Mississippi
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary up to $135,000
$750/month vehicle allowance
100% health insurance coverage (employee only)
All travel paid
Rotation: Home every 4 weeks
