SQF certification + GFSI compliance excellence
FSMA program readiness + recall & traceability
New product launches, CQV, and major capital upgrades
Environmental monitoring + micro lab oversight
Data-driven performance improvement (KPIs + dashboards)
Leadership pipeline building: inspire, coach, develop future QA leaders
Customer + regulatory engagement as the primary executive liaison
7+ years progressive FSQA leadership in food production
Demonstrated success owning SQF/GFSI programs
Experience leading multi-site quality implementation
Confident communicator capable of influencing at the highest levels
