Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager – Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings

Location: On-Site up to 25% travel for customer interface

Position Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) projects from inception through closeout. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of project management experience, with a proven ability to coordinate schedules, budgets, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage PEMB projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout.

  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.

  • Monitor project progress, track costs, and manage change orders.

  • Conduct site visits to review project status and resolve issues.

  • Ensure all work complies with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and clients.

  • Close out projects by overseeing final inspections, punch lists, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in construction, preferably in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB).

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and specifications.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (experience may be considered in lieu).
