Job Title: Project Manager – Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings
Location: On-Site up to 25% travel for customer interface
Position Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) projects from inception through closeout. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of project management experience, with a proven ability to coordinate schedules, budgets, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage PEMB projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress, track costs, and manage change orders.
Conduct site visits to review project status and resolve issues.
Ensure all work complies with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and clients.
Close out projects by overseeing final inspections, punch lists, and documentation.
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in construction, preferably in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB).
Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and specifications.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (experience may be considered in lieu).
