A well-established law firm known for providing high quality litigation is seeking an Associate Attorney with Workers' Compensation experience, ready to hit the ground running and able to manage a high-volume caseload. The perfect candidate will be a positive, self-starter and team player, interested in career development, and joining a team of great lawyers. 

Requirements And Duties

  • Minimum 3+ years of Workers' Comp experience required.
  • Draft discovery, requests, responses, legal research with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prepare and argue motions and opposition to motions.
  • Defending depositions.
  • Ability to help guide clients through case process.
  • Licensed in CA.
