Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Commercial Construction
We’re partnered with a leading commercial construction firm seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive team. This is a high-impact role where the CFO will oversee all financial operations, drive strategic growth, and partner closely with the CEO and leadership team.
As the Chief Financial Officer, you will:
Lead accounting, finance, and business operations across the organization.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting for multiple projects.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and implement risk management strategies.
Partner with project managers and executives to optimize project profitability and company growth.
Mentor and guide the finance team as the company’s CFO, representing the organization to banks, investors, and auditors.
The ideal CFO brings significant commercial construction experience, strong financial leadership, and a track record of implementing strategic initiatives that drive results.
