Position Summary:
The BIM/VDC Coordinator supports model creation, clash detection, field layout planning, and coordination with subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain 3D models and coordination files
Run clash detection reports and track issue resolution
Support layout drawings for field teams
Coordinate with design partners and subcontractors
Qualifications:
2–5 years BIM/VDC experience for commercial projects
