Luxury Custom Home Superintendent
A respected custom home builder is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end custom homes from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities from start to completion
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and jobsite coordination
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and up to quality standards
- Review plans, specifications, and construction details
- Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and project milestones
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
- Communicate with homeowners, architects, designers, and project management
- Manage punch lists and final project completion
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential construction experience
- Proven experience building luxury custom homes
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
