Position Summary:
The Project Administrator supports the project team with documentation, subcontracts, compliance tracking, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare contracts, COs, and administrative records

  • Support documentation for submittals and RFIs

  • Maintain project logs, closeout requirements, and reporting

  • Coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years administrative support experience in construction
