We are seeking a motivated Sales Agronomist to provide top-tier agronomic solutions that help farmers maximize their yields and profitability.

Sales Agronomist Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted agronomic advisor to growers, providing expert recommendations on seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through on-farm visits, agronomic planning, and tailored solutions.
  • Leverage precision ag tools and data-driven insights to support growers in optimizing their operations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and help farmers implement the latest crop management strategies.
  • Develop new business and expand market share while maintaining exceptional service to existing customers.

Sales Agronomist Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in agronomy sales, crop consulting, or farm input management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fertilizer, herbicides, fungicides, seed treatments, and variable-rate prescriptions.
  • Ability to analyze data such as GDU accumulations, grid sampling results, and risk management strategies.
  • A customer-first mindset with outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Sales Agronomist Compensation package:

  • Base salary of $60,000-$100,000 with performance-based incentives.
