Elevate Your Advocacy in the Heart of Bellevue

Are you a litigator who thrives on the strategy of a complex case? Do you have the grit to go toe-to-toe with insurance giants and the heart to advocate for those who have been wronged?

Our client, a highly-regarded and fast-growing personal injury firm in Bellevue, is seeking a Top-Tier Litigation Attorney to join their powerhouse team. This isn’t just a "desk job"—it’s a career-defining opportunity to manage high-value cases from inception through trial in a collaborative, high-stakes environment.

The Role: Impactful Litigation

You will lead a diverse docket of personal injury matters, utilizing your expertise to maximize recovery for your clients. Whether you come from a Plaintiff or Insurance Defense background, your ability to dismantle a defense or build an unshakeable case is what matters most.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Case Management: Lead litigation strategy for personal injury cases, including catastrophic injury and motor vehicle accidents.
  • Courtroom Presence: Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Strategic Discovery: Draft and respond to complex discovery, work with expert witnesses, and conduct thorough legal research.
  • Client Connection: Act as a dedicated advocate, providing empathetic and professional guidance to clients throughout the legal process.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience (Personal Injury experience is required, but we value the perspective of former defense attorneys).
  • Licensure: Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA).
  • The Litigator’s Edge: Proven ability to handle a fast-paced environment and a desire to be in the courtroom.
  • Commitment: This is a 100% in-office role based in our modern Bellevue headquarters, designed for a professional who values real-time collaboration and a high-energy office culture.

 Why This Firm?

Our client understands that top talent deserves top-tier rewards. They offer a culture where high performance is recognized and rewarded.

  • Exceptional Compensation: Competitive base salary commensurate with your experience level.
  • Lucrative Bonus Structure: A transparent and attainable bonus system that rewards your hard work and case outcomes.
  • Full Benefits Suite: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with match; and generous PTO.
  • Professional Growth: Support for CLEs, bar dues, and a clear path for career advancement within the firm.
