Permit Manager - Construction
Our client, a growing residential builder, is seeking a Residential Permit Manager to oversee all permitting operations across their projects. This role will work closely with local cities and counties to ensure permits are submitted, tracked, and approved efficiently to keep construction timelines on schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage the full permitting process for residential construction projects
Coordinate with city and county officials to secure approvals
Track permit status and ensure timelines align with construction schedules
Review plans and applications for accuracy and compliance with local regulations
Work closely with construction, land development, and design teams
Identify and resolve permitting delays or issues proactively
What We’re Looking For
Experience in residential construction permitting
Strong knowledge of local city and county processes and requirements
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Effective communication skills for working with municipalities and internal teams
