Workers' Comp Legal Assistant – Full-Time In-Office | Supportive & Casual Work Environment

We’re hiring a Workers’ Comp Legal Assistant to join our friendly and supportive legal team! This full-time, in-office position is perfect for someone who thrives in a relaxed atmosphere but takes pride in being dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide direct support to attorneys handling workers’ comp cases from start to finish

  • Draft and manage legal documents, forms, and correspondence related to workers’ comp claims

  • Organize case files, maintain calendars, and ensure timely follow-up on all workers’ comp matters

  • Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, and other parties involved in workers’ comp cases

  • Handle administrative tasks and assist the legal team in meeting critical workers’ comp deadlines
