We’re hiring a Workers’ Comp Legal Assistant to join our friendly and supportive legal team! This full-time, in-office position is perfect for someone who thrives in a relaxed atmosphere but takes pride in being dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide direct support to attorneys handling workers’ comp cases from start to finish
Draft and manage legal documents, forms, and correspondence related to workers’ comp claims
Organize case files, maintain calendars, and ensure timely follow-up on all workers’ comp matters
Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, and other parties involved in workers’ comp cases
Handle administrative tasks and assist the legal team in meeting critical workers’ comp deadlines

Prior experience in workers compensation
