Gpac is working with a reputable grain company in their search for a talented Grain Production Manager. This opportunity is located in Southeast Wisconsin and has become available due to an internal promotion.
Nestled within a reasonable distance from two major cities, this facility offers the perfect balance of small-town charm and access to metropolitan amenities.
The facility has a truck-only system and specializes in handling corn, soybeans, and wheat. Boasting a storage capacity of 3.6 million bushels and a yearly processing rate of 5 million bushels, the facility features multiple dump pits and bins.
In addition to a base salary of $80K-$100K (dependent on experience), this role offers excellent bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package. This package includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, as well as a 401k plan with matching, FSA and Dependent Care Accounts, and short and long-term disability options.
Qualified Grain Production Manager candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in grain merchandising, origination, outside operations, and managing trucking logistics, in addition to industry management expertise.
