What You’ll Be Doing:
Oversee and direct all field operations on large-scale commercial projects
Lead, mentor, and manage multiple Superintendents and field staff
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Partner with Project Managers and executive leadership to drive project success
Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
Promote and enforce company safety standards across all jobsites
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 5 years in a Superintendent or General Superintendent role
Proven track record on large, complex commercial projects (high-rise, healthcare, hospitality, mixed-use, or similar)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate field teams
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Local or willing to relocate to Miami/Ft. Lauderdale
