A well-established, high-quality custom home builder in the Nashville area is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to its growing team. This is a full-cycle field leadership role managing custom home builds from the ground up.
What You’ll Do

Oversee the day-to-day construction of high-end custom homes

Manage job site schedules, quality control, and subcontractor coordination

Conduct site walks and inspections to ensure craftsmanship and code compliance

Coordinate material deliveries and manage vendors to stay on schedule and budget

Maintain clean, organized job sites and enforce safety protocols

Communicate regularly with homeowners and project managers
What We’re Looking For

5+ years of residential construction experience, preferably in high-end custom homes

Strong field management and subcontractor coordination skills

Ability to read and interpret plans and scopes of work

Detail-oriented with a high standard of quality and accountability

Local to the Nashville area or open to relocation
