Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for a client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to advisor for clients, helping them navigate their personal insurance needs with confidence. From policy servicing and renewals to coverage questions and claims support, you’ll ensure every client receives exceptional service and tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of personal lines accounts including auto, home, renters, umbrella, and other P&C coverages.

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering responsive and personalized service.

  • Process policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, and claims support.

  • Review and analyze policies for accuracy and adequate coverage.

  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or expand coverage options.

  • Partner with producers, underwriters, and carriers to streamline servicing and placement.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in the agency management system.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of personal lines account management experience.

  • Active P&C license (or ability to obtain).

  • Strong knowledge of personal lines products, underwriting, and carrier guidelines.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office.

  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
