Position Overview
As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you’ll collaborate with our dentists to deliver outstanding care while promoting oral health and helping patients maintain their best smiles.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct dental screenings, charting, and perio evaluations.
  • Deliver patient care, including cleanings, polishing, and fluoride applications.
  • Perform oral cancer screenings and apply sealants.
  • Take and evaluate radiographs for diagnosis.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care techniques.
  • Clean and sterilize instruments to ensure a safe clinical environment.
  • Coordinate treatment plans with patients and discuss associated fees.
  • Serve as the primary treatment coordinator and effectively communicate patient concerns to the dentist.
  • Assist with other office responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a Dental Hygiene Certificate or Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene.
  • Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license for North Carolina.
  • Reliable and punctual, with flexibility for varying operational hours.
  • Strong teamwork skills, dependability, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and follow all safety protocols.
