#We are hiring.  A well-established and expanding California-based plant nutrition company that focusses on innovative, sustainable solutions is looking for an Experienced Territory Sales Manager.The company provides high-quality fertilizers including Plant Extracts, Complex Nutrients, Chelated Micronutrients, NKP’s, and other specialty products designed for organic, regenerative and conventional agricultural practices.

 

     Job requirements

 

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a managing sales role
  • Experience selling high quality fertilizers, plant extracts, complex nutrients, NKP’s and more
  • A proven record of meeting sales goals
  • Strong skills in leadership, communication, and negotiation

     

    Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria

     

  • A background in sustainable and/or organic growing practices
  • The ability to work remotely and provide proven results
  • Have Certified Crop Advisor certificate
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • Must currently reside in the U.S. and have a valid U.S. drivers license
