Job Description

Corporate / M&A Attorney

Big-firm corporate work can feel like an endless tunnel of diligence and markups.
My client offers something different.

This growing Colorado firm is seeking a Corporate/M&A attorney who wants to step into a business-facing role supporting emerging companies, closely held businesses, and middle-market transactions across multiple industries. You’ll handle everything from entity structuring and governance to purchase agreements, commercial contracts, and deal strategy—without getting boxed into a narrow corner of the practice.

Instead of being one of dozens on a massive team, you’ll work directly with decision-makers, take real ownership of transactions, and see the full impact of your advice on clients’ growth and operations.

Ideal Fit:
• 3–8 years of corporate or M&A experience
• Strong drafting skills and business judgment
• Exposure to purchase/sale transactions, governance, and commercial contracts
• Ability to communicate clearly with business owners and executives
• Interest in building long-term client relationships and a sustainable practice

If you’re ready for a role where you can think strategically, lead deals, and help clients grow—not just churn tasks—then let’s connect.
