Job Description

Seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Attorney to work with one of the area’s Top Law Firms, a distinction achieved by less than 150 of the 40,000 law firms practicing in the Tri-State area. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who has experience in commercial finance transactions. The Attorney is responsible for overseeing a multitude of matters to ensure timely and complete receipt.

Experience: 2 to 6 years in commercial finance transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients, including borrowers and lenders, in complex middle-market commercial lending transactions, including applicable advice under the Uniform Commercial Code for secured transactions.
• Advise on and handle term loans, letters of credit, and acquisition financing.
• Manage documentation and negotiations for equipment leasing and finance agreements.
• Facilitate cross-border transactions involving secured and unsecured credit facilities.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other practice areas to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.

Salary: $127,000 to $160,000
