Senior Field Project Manager – High-End Residential Construction

A well-established and respected residential builder with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional homes to high-net-worth clientele is confidentially seeking a Senior Field Project Manager to lead luxury custom projects from planning through warranty.

Are you a seasoned residential construction professional who thrives in a client-facing, leadership-focused role? We’re working with a high-end custom home builder seeking a Senior Project Manager to take the lead on luxury residential builds for ultra-high-net-worth clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations: ~70% office / ~30% field (flexible based on your preference)

  • Handle project planningbudget management, and client/architect communication

  • Supervise site superintendents and ensure schedules, subs, and materials align

  • Drive business development, maintain vendor/client relationships, and manage project timelines and quality control

  • Coordinate project closeouts, warranty work, and ensure a smooth client experience

✅ What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in custom residential construction project management

  • Strong grasp of estimating, scheduling, subcontractor oversight, and job costing

  • Proven success working with high-net-worth clientele

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Business-minded, with the ability to manage relationships, solve problems, and keep projects on track and under budget

Compensation & Perks:

  • Base Salary: $100K–$140K

  • Profit Sharing401(k), and Medical Benefits

  • Company Vehicle or Allowance negotiable
