Are you a seasoned residential construction professional who thrives in a client-facing, leadership-focused role? We’re working with a high-end custom home builder seeking a Senior Project Manager to take the lead on luxury residential builds for ultra-high-net-worth clients.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee day-to-day operations: ~70% office / ~30% field (flexible based on your preference)
Handle project planning, budget management, and client/architect communication
Supervise site superintendents and ensure schedules, subs, and materials align
Drive business development, maintain vendor/client relationships, and manage project timelines and quality control
Coordinate project closeouts, warranty work, and ensure a smooth client experience
5+ years in custom residential construction project management
Strong grasp of estimating, scheduling, subcontractor oversight, and job costing
Proven success working with high-net-worth clientele
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Business-minded, with the ability to manage relationships, solve problems, and keep projects on track and under budget
Base Salary: $100K–$140K
