We are seeking a Concrete Project Manager to oversee and execute a variety of paving projects with precision, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of concrete paving projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and crews to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery
- Oversee project scheduling, material procurement, and labor management
- Monitor field performance, jobsite safety, and quality control standards
- Prepare project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports
- Lead on-site meetings and maintain strong communication with stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of project management experience in concrete or paving construction
- Strong knowledge of concrete materials, paving techniques, and heavy equipment
- Proven ability to manage multiple crews and large-scale projects
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project) a plus
- OSHA certification and PMP or equivalent credentials are a plus
