Tax Manager (Real Estate OR High-Net-Worth/Trusts)

Compensation: $225,000–$250,000
Location: Fully Remote (Must live within 45 minutes of Fort Lauderdale, FL)


About the Opportunity

A top-tier South Florida firm is expanding its leadership team and hiring two Tax Managers. This organization is known for elite technical work, award-winning culture, and one of the best work-life balance packages in the industry.

We are seeking highly skilled professionals with strong academic backgrounds (UF, FSU, UM, or other top universities) and proven public accounting experience at the Big 4 or Top 100 CPA firms.


Open Positions

1. Tax Manager – Real Estate (Level 1)

Focus: Complex partnership taxation for commercial and residential rental properties (Form 1065).
Ideal Candidate:

  • 1+ year at a Big 4 or Top 100 CPA firm

  • At least 3 years working primarily with real estate owners/operators

  • Strong experience with special allocations and multi-partner structures


2. Tax Manager – High-Net-Worth Individuals & Trusts (Level 1 or Level 2)

Focus: Individual, trust, and estate taxation (Forms 1040, 1041; Form 709 a plus).
Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years as a Tax Manager

  • Deep technical knowledge of HNW individual and fiduciary tax matters


Minimum Requirements (No Exceptions)

✔ CPA license (or all exam sections passed)
✔ Big 4 preferred; Top 100 CPA firms considered
✔ 3.4+ GPA
