Job Title: Project Manager/Estimator
Company Overview:
We are a dynamic civil construction company specializing in earthwork, site work, utilities, grading, and more. We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager/Estimator to join our team and manage projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Perform take-offs and prepare accurate bids for civil construction projects
Manage all aspects of civil construction projects, including earthwork, site work, utilities, and grading
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety compliance
Qualifications:
Experience in bidding and performing take-offs for civil construction projects
Proven track record in managing earthwork, site work, utilities, and grading projects
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
