Payroll Specialist in Milwaukee

Job Description

Payroll Specialist Requirements

• Business or Accounting related degree preferred
• Experience with software's including: Sage, Vista, etc heavily preferred
• 2+ years in a lead Payroll Specialist role 
• Construction-related experience preferred

Payroll Specialist Responsibilites

• Processing daily field logs/time cards into accounting systems
• Maintain employee documents
• Ability to work with Project Managers and Superintendents to make sure daily field logs/time cards, etc. are reported timely
• Maintain employee documents
