Used Parts Manager Opportunity – Southeast North Dakota


Are you a parts and inventory professional ready to take ownership of a growing operation?
We’re working with a well-respected truck dealership that’s expanding its used and salvage parts
division. This is your chance to step into a leadership role where your ideas will be heard and
your impact will be visible.


This department has a strong foundation, and they are looking for someone with the drive to
streamline operations, lead a dedicated team, and grow sales in both the local market and through
digital channels.


Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of the used/salvage parts department
• Lead a team in daily operations, sales, and inventory management
• Develop and implement growth strategies for used truck parts sales
• Manage parts sourcing, stocking, and online listings
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams

Requirements:
• Proven experience in truck parts and inventory management
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Ability to grow operations and improve processes
• Knowledge of salvage, used, or aftermarket parts (preferred but not required)

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary: $70K–$90K DOE + commission opportunity
• Company-owned housing is available for relocators
• Stock ownership potential over time
• Full support from ownership to grow the department and succeed
