The firm handles a wide range of real estate transactions across Florida and beyond, with a strong focus on commercial leasing. If you’re a proactive paralegal with a strong grasp of lease preparation, document management, and transaction coordination, this could be your next long-term fit.

What They’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a commercial real estate or leasing paralegal, with a solid background in reviewing, redlining, and drafting lease documents

  • Knowledgeable: Familiar with lease negotiations, amendments, estoppels, SNDA agreements, and closing checklists

  • Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple files at once and track critical dates, deadlines, and required approvals

  • Independent Yet Collaborative: Comfortable working directly with attorneys, clients, and outside parties to move transactions forward smoothly
