What They’re Looking For:
Experience: 2+ years of experience as a commercial real estate or leasing paralegal, with a solid background in reviewing, redlining, and drafting lease documents
Knowledgeable: Familiar with lease negotiations, amendments, estoppels, SNDA agreements, and closing checklists
Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple files at once and track critical dates, deadlines, and required approvals
Independent Yet Collaborative: Comfortable working directly with attorneys, clients, and outside parties to move transactions forward smoothly
