Our prestigious law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our thriving team. With a minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise. Responsibilities for the Paralegal position: - Provide strong litigation support for civil cases, assisting attorneys with case preparation, document management, and research. - Conduct legal research using various resources to gather relevant information for cases. - Draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, contracts, and deposition summaries. - Maintain case files, ensuring all documents and correspondence are organized and easily accessible. - Coordinate and schedule meetings, trials, and depositions. Essential Job Functions: - Assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation, from case inception to trial. - Conducting legal research and analysis to support case strategies. - Drafting and preparing legal documents, including briefs, contracts, and motions. - Organizing and maintaining case files, ensuring accurate and timely document management. - Collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external parties to facilitate case progress. Position Skills: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense support. - Proficient knowledge and understanding of legal terminology and processes. - Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and evaluate information effectively. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Benefits: In addition to a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $70,000 per annum (BASED ON EXPERIENCE), the company offers a comprehensive benefits package.
