Window Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Window Production Manager to lead the way. This person will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the window installation process—from verifying measurements and ordering materials to scheduling crews and ensuring every job is completed to our standards.

Window Production Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full window production workflow, from job sale to final inspection
  • Perform or coordinate final measurements to ensure accurate ordering
  • Place and track window orders (ProVia and other vendors)
  • Coordinate and schedule installation crews
  • Conduct pre-install and post-install quality checks
  • Handle customer communication throughout the production process
  • Work with supplementing/estimating team to ensure proper scope of work
  • Troubleshoot issues with orders, timelines, or installation
  • Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain communication with sales team regarding scheduling and timelines

Window Production Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in window production, project management, or installation
  • Strong understanding of residential window systems (ProVia a plus)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and crews at once
  • Comfortable with light fieldwork (measurements, site visits, QC checks)
  • Experience with order forms, install checklists, and vendor systems
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Window Production Manager Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of construction software (AccuLynx, etc.)
  • Calm under pressure, solution-focused mindset
  • Team player who communicates well with sales, install crews, and office staff
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
