We are looking for a nimble, efficient litigator with outstanding academic credentials and proven experience handling sophisticated, high-stakes litigation. The ideal candidate will thrive both as part of a collaborative team and independently managing cases from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cases from inception through resolution.
  • Conduct factual investigations and legal research.
  • Draft memos, pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
  • Research case law, statutes, and regulations.
  • Prepare for and conduct depositions; argue motions.
  • Handle all aspects of discovery, including e-discovery.
  • Assist in trial preparation and participate in hearings/trials.
  • Support business development and client relationship efforts.

Practice Highlights

Our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team provides strategic counsel on a wide range of complex matters, including:

  • Business and commercial disputes
  • Construction litigation
  • Trade secret and unfair competition claims
  • Environmental and land use disputes
  • Trust and estate litigation
  • Shareholder and partnership disputes

Qualifications

  • Conscientious and detail-oriented, able to manage a high caseload under tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter who works well independently while embracing collaboration.
  • Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical ability.
  • Ambitious, professional, and motivated to grow within the firm.

Skills

  • 3–7 years of civil litigation experience (business, commercial, and/or construction).
  • Excellent legal writing and drafting skills with proven ability to produce effective work product.
  • Strong legal research skills.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
