This is a hybrid position offering meaningful litigation work across construction defect, personal injury, and insurance defense matters.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle complex civil litigation and insurance defense matters
  • Draft pleadings, complaints, motions, and discovery documents
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
  • Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
  • Manage multiple cases independently while collaborating with team members

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of civil litigation experience (construction or PI preferred)
  • Arizona Bar admission required
  • Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and maintain attention to detail
  • Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motions practice
  • A team-oriented mindset with strong communication abilities
