I’m partnered with an award-winning luxury custom home builder that’s looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-end residential projects from dirt to close.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, has a strong command of the construction process, and thrives in a client-facing role. You’ll be managing detailed, design-driven homes in the $1M–$5M+ range with a team that values precision, quality, and transparency.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee full project lifecycle for luxury custom homes – from permitting to final walk-through
Manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and quality control
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and designers
Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards
Mentor and lead assistant PMs or site staff as needed
What They’re Looking For:
7+ years of residential construction experience, with at least 3 years managing luxury custom homes
Proven success delivering complex, high-end homes from the ground up
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Deep knowledge of scheduling software, construction contracts, and local building codes
A client-focused mindset and an eye for detail
