Job Title: Estimator/Project Manager (Abatement)

We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager (Abatement) to join one of the top-ranked abatement and demolition firms in the nation. Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for abatement projects, including materials, labor, and equipment
Review blueprints, specifications, and proposals to determine project scope and develop competitive bids.
Manage multiple abatement projects from bid award through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, evaluate job conditions, and verify compliance with safety and quality standards.
Serve as the primary client contact, providing clear communication and updates throughout each project.
Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.
Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, state, and federal safety regulations across all job sites.
Track project budgets, change orders, invoices, and financial reporting to maintain profitability.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator/Project Manager (Abatement) (10+ years preferred)
Industrial experience (power plants, rail, mills, refineries) is highly desirable.
Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of abatement regulations and safety practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
