Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates for abatement projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
Review blueprints, specifications, and proposals to determine scope and develop competitive bids.
Manage abatement projects from bid award through completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, evaluate job conditions, and verify safety and quality standards.
Serve as the primary client contact, providing clear communication and updates throughout projects.
Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders for efficient execution.
Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, state, and federal safety regulations.
Track budgets, change orders, invoices, and financial reporting to maintain profitability.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Estimator/Project Manager (Abatement) (10+ years preferred).
Industrial experience (power plants, rail, mills, refineries) is highly desirable.
Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of abatement regulations and safety practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
