Remote Sales Representative – PEMB / Metal Building Systems
A respected leader in the pre-engineered metal building industry is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to grow business throughout the Southeast U.S. This remote position offers strong earning potential, flexibility, and the chance to represent a trusted name known for delivering quality metal building systems and long-term client partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, builders, and end users across the Southeast region.

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the PEMB market.

Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and technical presentations.

Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and project opportunities.
What You Bring:

3–5+ years of successful Pre-Engineered Metal Building sales experience.

Established network within the commercial or industrial construction sectors.

Solid understanding of PEMB design, fabrication, and erection processes.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 (DOE)

Commissions: Uncapped, performance-based
