Concrete Crew Lead
$100K + Benefits Compensation: $100,000/year + Company Vehicle + IRA + Paid Vacation
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Concrete Crew Lead with at least 3 years of proven leadership on commercial projects valued at $20 million or more. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and reinforcement, as well as crew coordination and safety enforcement.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily field operations and crew assignments
Oversee formwork, rebar placement, and concrete pours to blueprint specs
Conduct on-site safety meetings and enforce protocols
Operate and oversee tools/equipment including laser screeds and GPS layout systems
Communicate daily progress and issues via Procore or equivalent construction software
Collaborate with Project Managers and GCs for seamless execution
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of crew lead or supervisory experience
Project experience on builds over $20M
Proficient in reading blueprints and technical specs
OSHA 10 Certified (or willing to update)
