Position Overview:
We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of public accounting experience, a CPA certification, and a strong background in tax preparation and review. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing tax compliance, and leading a team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients.
• Mentor and develop junior staff members.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-10 years in public accounting.
• Certification: CPA required.
• Skills: Expertise in tax preparation and review, strong client-facing abilities, independent work ethic.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in CCH Axcess, Microsoft Suite, Excel, and Adobe.
• Industries: Generalist experience in real estate, trusts & estates, and services.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $100k+ (Base + Bonus/Commission).
