Commercial Lines Producer
We are seeking a motivated and driven Commercial Lines Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, develop, and secure new commercial insurance accounts
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and communication
Conduct risk assessments and present customized insurance solutions
Collaborate with account managers and support staff to ensure client satisfaction
Meet or exceed sales goals and business development targets
Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, and market conditions
Qualifications:
Previous experience in commercial insurance sales or related field preferred
Valid insurance license (or ability to obtain)
Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
